Scheduled Maintenance Outages, 12 and 13 April 2008

EDI Mailbox outage:

Please be advised that due to scheduled maintenance, the mailboxes between ACROSS and CCS/CADEX will be down on Saturday April 12th from 5:30 am to 6:00 am and Sunday, April 13th, 2008 from 8:00 am to 8:30 am (Eastern Time).

General EDI Outage:

For maintenance purposes, the Customs EDI system will be unavailable from 5:00 am until 8:00 am (ET) on Sunday April 13th, 2008. This will impact all EDI applications including: ER, RNS, CUSDEC, CADEX, ACI Marine, ACI Air, Rail and Highway Cargo. No EDI messages will be transferred to or from the Canada Border Services Agency during this outage. Clients are requested to present paper documentation to obtain release of the goods during this outage.
