SIMA Final Determination of Dumping re Certain Automotive Laminated Windshields
On 31 July 2002 the CCRA announced the final determination of dumping respecting certain automotive laminated windshields, originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China. This decision follows the preliminary determination made on 2 May 2002.
The CITT is continuing its review to determine if the dumping has injured the Canadian industry. The Tribunal will make a decision by 30 August 2002.
