Softwood Lumber Dispute

On 13 December 2004, the WTO arbitrator issued a report, but did not need to issue an award regarding the reasonable period of time to implement rulings and recommendations in the case United States — Final Dumping Determination on Softwood Lumber from Canada (WT/DS264/13). Canada and the United States reached an agreement on the reasonable period of time during the course of the arbitral proceedings.
