As you may be aware, the Canadian Transit Company (CTC) has been working closely with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) in planning and design for a new CBSA commercial facility at the Ambassador Bridge. The new facility, which will replace the current off site location, will be constructed directly on the Canadian Plaza just west of the current auto processing operation.

We are moving closer to the final design of the new facility which will meet the CBSA Statement of Requirements. In order to complete the building design and determine the total square footage, we are offering office space available to lease. We would be pleased to enter into discussions with anyone who would be interested in locating in this brand new facility.
