Technical Problems with Connectivity
The following message is from the EICB.
We are experiencing delays with connectivity to the EICS (Web, and EDI login). The issue rests with the PKI Directory Service, which is unavailable. As the source of the problem appears to lie outside the ITCan Network, we are unable advise further at the moment.
Please do NOT attempt further logins, and halt your EDI traffic. The EICS login services are stopped so as to avoid disabling PKI Certificates.
