Update to CFIA AIRS Website

Chapter 07 was published to change the release recommendation from "Approved" to "Refused entry" for the following HS codes, for all end uses, origination from Taiwan.

07.02.00.0001 - Tomatoes, field (fresh or chilled)
07.02.00.0002 - Tomatoes, greenhouse (fresh or chilled)

This created a requirement version change for the following HS codes with the end use "Educational use", "Industrial use (i.e. is not commercial use)" and "Scientific use (Research)" originating from all origin except the United States.

07.01.90.2999 - Potato - microtuber, minituber (fresh)
07.01.90.3000 - Potato - tuber (fresh)
07.03 - Onions, shallots, garlic, leeks and other alliaceous vegetables, fresh or chilled
07.04 - Cabbages, cauliflowers, kohlrabi, kale and similar edible brassicas, fresh or chilled.
07.05 - Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) and chicory (Cichorium spp.), fresh or chilled.
07.06 - Carrots, turnips, salad beetroot, salsify, celeriac, radishes and similar edible roots, fresh or chilled.
07.07 - Cucumbers and gherkins, fresh or chilled.
07.08.20.3026 - Cowpea (fresh or chilled)
07.09 - Other vegetables, fresh or chilled.
07.12.90 - Other vegetables; mixtures of vegetables
07.13 - Dried leguminous vegetables, shelled, whether or not skinned or split.
