a) Chapter 06 was published to add a registration type for the following HS code from the state of Maine

06.04.91.0045.33 - Foliage, branches - fresh - Pine (Pinus spp.)

This created a requirement version change for the same HS code as well as the following HS codes from the states of: District of Columbia, Delaware, Main, North Carolina, New Jersey and Virginia

06.04.91.0144.03 - Pine - fresh wreath > 1.5cm (0.6in) branch diameter (Pinus spp.)

06.04.99.0046.33 - Foliage, branches -dried - Pine (Pinus spp.)

06.04.99.0145.03 - Pine - dried wreath > 15mm (0.6in) branch diameter (Pinus spp.)

b) Chapter 30 was publish to add two new ODG extensions for all countries.

30.02.10.1095.19  Blood, serum plasma or derivatives for in vitro use - Molluscs or Crustacean.

30.02.10.1095.20  Blood, serum plasma or derivatives for in vitro use - Fish.
