Chapter 21 was published to remove the OGD extension 21.06.90.7246.02 - Soy-based. This was replaced by the following OGD extensions. NO VERSION CHANGE.

21.06.90.7246.12 - Infant formula, soy-based, powder

21.06.90.7246.19 - Infant formula, soy-based, other preparations
