a) Chapter 07 was published to remove the import conditions for the following HS Code for the end use of "Propagation (growing or sowing)".

07.14.20.3043.00 - Sweet potato (fresh or chilled)

This created requirement version changes for the following HS Codes for the same end use.

07.05.21 - Chicory: Witloof (Cichorium intybus var. foliosum)

07.06.10.3017 - Carrots (fresh or chilled)

07.06.10.3018 - Baby carrots (fresh or chilled)

07.06.10.3019 - Turnips (fresh or chilled)

07.06.90.3020 - Beet (fresh or chilled)

07.06.90.3021 - Horseradish (fresh or chilled)

07.06.90.3022 - Turmeric (fresh or chilled)

07.06.90.3023 - Parsnip (fresh or chilled)

This generated a requirement version change for the following HS Codes for the same end use.
