Update to CFIA AIRS website

Chapter 07 was published with a new OGD extension.

07.09.59.3026 - Enoki (Flammulina veluptipes)

This resulted in version changes for a number of requirements for the following HS Codes:

07.09.51 - Mushrooms and truffles: Mushrooms of the genus Agaricus
07.09.59.3024 - Other : Truffles
07.09.59.3025 - Other : Other
