Update to CSCB Advocacy Material

Members may wish to note the addition of a link to the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade web site from the CSCB advocacy material. This link, which appears in the DFAIT Consultative Committee area on the welcome page of the advocacy area, takes members to a video demonstration of the EICS Release 1; this demonstration shows the procedures for logging onto the EICS, applying for a permit, finding and viewing the permit after it is issued, and logging out.
