Web Interface -- Use of “Auto Route” Button

The following message is from the EICB.

This is to advise all brokers applying for import or export permits/certificates that the "Submit Auto Route" button is to be used only when pre-approved by a EICB Permit Officer.

Once authorized for use, the broker is required to provide in the "COMMENTS" field of the permit application the reason for auto routing the application.

NOTE: Auto Routed applications received in the EICS that do not adhere to the aforementioned conditions will be REJECTED.
