Before you start, consider the following:
- Will you have a single point of contact to address carrier concerns relating to Manifest Forward? If so, decide whether your single point of contact is your headquarters or a branch location.
- Will you have multiple points of contact to address carrier concerns relating to Manifest Forward? If so, decide which branch locations will be points of contact.
- Will any single branch location be designated as the contact point for more than one port of entry? If so, the port of entry code field for that branch can be populated with multiple codes.
- Have you considered arrangements for 24/7 coverage of the email addresses and phone numbers provided as contact points for Manifest Forward?
Once ready, follow these steps to update the Customs Broker/Importer Search for Manifest Forward. Only principals and designated CSCB contacts of CSCB member firms may login to their CSCB accounts and enter the required information for their firms.

Login to your CSCB account.
If you don't remember your login, please enter your email address at: https://cscb.ca/user/password to reset your password.
|2.||Click on My Account from the main menu.|
Click on the Member Services, or Client Services tab.
Note: If you don't see the Member Services or Client Services tab in your account, that means you don't have the required permissions. Please contact us at email@example.com for further details.
In the Customs Broker Member Administration or Preferred Business Client Administration section, you will see information about your organization.
Note: If you don't see the Corporate Info and Branches tabs in your account, that means you don't have the required permissions. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
To enter the Manifest Forward information, please click on Update Headquarters Information link.
You may now update your corporate information. Scroll down for Manifest Forward fields. After you've filled out the form, please click the Update button.
Once entered, your company's information will be presented in the Customs Broker/Importer Search for Manifest Forward.
If you'd like to present contact information for specific branch/port locations, please click on the Branches tab.
If you have previously entered branch locations, please click on the edit link. If you'd like to add new branches, please click on Add a new Branch.
Please note, any changes made to the branches will affect the Members Directory as well.
Please enter the branch information and Manifest Forward information and click on Create branch, if it's a new branch, or Save changes if you've edited existing branch information.
This branch/port will now be presented in the Customs Broker/Importer Search for Manifest Forward.
