The Accounts Receivables Ledger (ARL) was implemented on January 25, 2016. The first Statement of Account (SOA) , which replaces the monthly K84, will be issued on February 25, 2016. The ARL project team will be hosting a webinar on February 25 from 2pm to 3pm EST to review the process for making payments against the new SOAs; this webinar will include discussion of the Reconciliation Exception Sheet (RES) and the Payment Allocation Sheet (PAS).

The session will be 30 minutes to 45 minutes, followed by a brief period for questions. Please note that while general questions are welcome during this session, we ask that you direct organization-specific questions to the CARM mailbox, [email protected] or the BIS line at 1-800-461-9999 or TTY 1-866-335-3237.
