CBSA has already begun discussions about the features that will be available in the first edition of the CARM portal.  They are talking about a landed cost calculator, a HS classification tool, a mechanism for filing advance ruling requests and a mass edit feature to replace blanket B2s.  What do you think about these suggestions?  Do you have any other functionalities that you would like to see in the first edition of the CARM portal?
