Construction at Brampton Intermodal Terminal

CN has begun work on two initiatives to improve the flow through the Brampton Intermodal Terminal (BIT):

1. Speed Gate system to reduce the time for a trucker to enter and exit the terminal; and
2. Two new pad tracks to make containers available faster.

To allow for smoother traffic flow during the construction of the new pad tracks and the building of the new Speed Gate, only right-hand turns will be permitted in and out of the Brampton Intermodal Terminal.

These measures will be in effect starting on:

Monday, 29 October 2007 from Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 6 pm.
