Update to CFIA AIRS website

A) Chapter 05 was published to change the requirements to the following HS codes for all countries except: Australia, Argentina, Chile, Iceland, New Zealand, Uruguay, USA

05.11.91.1994 Fish meal (made exclusively of fish bones or shells of crustaceans).
05.11.99.1995.17 Fish meal (made exclusively of fish bones or shells of crustaceans).

Note: This change creates a change of version to the same HS codes for all countries EXCEPT USA

B) Chapter 05 was published to add new OGD to the following HS codes:

05.05.90.1257 Processed feathers or down.
05.05.90.1258 Unprocessed feathers or plumes

These changes created a change version for the following HS codes:

05.02.10.1237.01 Pigs', hogs' or boars' bristles and hair - Raw.
05.02.10.1237.02 Pigs', hogs' or boars' bristles and hair - Processed.
05.02.90 Other.
05.05.10.1257 Processed feathers or down.
05.05.10.1258 Unprocessed feathers, quills or plumes.
05.11.99.1996.01 Horsehair and horsehair waste - Raw.
05.11.99.1996.02 Horsehair and horsehair waste - Processed.

C) Chapter 23 was published to change the requirements to the following HS codes for all countries except : Australia, Argentina, Chile, Iceland, New Zealand, Uruguay, USA

23.01.20.1995 Fish meal (made of bones and other parts of fish)

Note: This change creates a change of version to the same HS codes for all countries EXCEPT USA.
