US-EU Joint Customs Cooperation Committee Roadmap Toward Mutual Recognition

The following note appeared on CBP website on 13 February 2009.

In support of the mutual recognition efforts, the U.S. and EU agreed to the Roadmap towards Mutual Recognition of Trade Partnership Programs in March 2008. In an effort to provide our external partners with information on the Roadmap, including insight into the identified and agreed tasks, CBP and TAXUD have drafted the attached abridged version of the document for public distribution.
