Obama fills Commerce, ICE posts

President Barack Obama plans to nominate former Washington Gov. Gary Locke to be Commerce Secretary….

He also will name John Morton to head the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, the Department of Homeland Security said.

Morton is a career Justice Department official who is acting deputy assistant attorney general of the criminal division...

DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano also named Esther Olavarria as deputy assistant secretary for policy. Olavarria most recently was director of immigration policy at the Center for American Progress.
