Correction: 1 March Update to CFIA AIRS website

The following correction to the HS CODE/OGD extension was provided by CFIA.

Chapter 08 was published to modify the conditions for the following HS Code. The release recommendation for the end uses of "Religious purposes", "Other end uses" and "Travellers & Personal use and not for resale or distribution" is now "No CFIA Requirements".
