EICS: PKI Certificate Authority Unavailable Morning 16 May 2010

May 12, 2010

Access to EICS is achieved using a PKI Certificate from the Internal Credential Management (ICM) Service of PWGSC. ICM Services = PKI Certificate Authority.

This is to inform you that maintenance will be conducted by PWGSC on Internal Credential Management (ICM) Services during the scheduled maintenance window Sunday, 16 May 2010 between the hours of 05:00 and 09:00 ET. ICM services will be unavailable - no PKI logins - during the full duration of this maintenance window to allow for maintenance activities to take place.

Your PKI Certificate (Entrust Profile) may become disabled if multiple logins are attempted while the PKI directory is unavailable. This includes Certificates used for EDI encryption.

Please note that since EICB does not offer support outside of regular office hours (08:00 – 17:00 ET) - nor does the PKI Certificate Authority – any disabled PKI Certificates would not be resolved before the morning of Monday 17 May 2010.
