Electronic Release Slowdown

The following message was sent from Revenue Canada to its clients at 18:15 (ET) on 4 August.

Please note that we are slow processing electronic releases received by all clients. The problems started around 14:30 (ET). We are still approximately two hours behind. Therefore, clients may experience delays receiving responses back to their messages. Also, we are approximately four hours behind processing arrival messages.
