Order in Council PC 1998-2147

PC 1998-2147 is the PACCAR Inc. Remission Order, 1998.

1. Subject to section 2, remission is hereby granted in the amount of $16,811.372 representing the customs duties paid or payable under the Customs Tariff on trucks imported by PACCAR Inc. during the period commencing on 1 August 1995 and ending on 31 July 1998.

2. The remission is granted on the condition that a claim for remission is made to the Minister of National Revenue prior to 31 December 1999.

3. This Order came into force on 20 November 1998.
