PC 1999-444 is the Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff, 1999-1.

AMENDMENTS

1. Tariff item Nos. 3505.10.10, 520-8.23.00, 5209.22.00, 5907.00.14, 5907.00.15 and 8311.20.00 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff are repealed.

2. Tariff item No. 5801.35.00 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Act is repealed.

3. The List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Act is amended as set out in Part 1 of the schedule to this Order.

4. The List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Act is amended by adding, in numerical order, the tariff provisions set out in Part 2 of the schedule to this Order.

5. The List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Act is amended by adding, in numerical order, the tariff provisions set out in Part 3 of the schedule to this Order.

6. Tariff item Nos. 5208.23.00, 5209.22.00, 5907.00.14 and 5907.00.15 in the List of Intermediate and final Rates for Tariff Items of the "F" Staging Category set out in the schedule to the Act is repealed.

7. Tariff item No. 5801.35.00 in the List of Intermediate and Final Rates for Tariff Items of the "F" Staging Category set out in the schedule to the Act is repealed.

8. The List of Intermediate and Final Rates for Tariff Items of the "F" Staging Category set out in the schedule to the Act is amended by adding, in numerical order, the tariff provisions set out in Part 4 of the schedule to this Order.

COMING INTO FORCE

9. Subject to subsection (2), this Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.

Sections 2, 5 and 7 come into force on 20 March 1999.
