Final Determination re Stainless Steel Round Bar from Korea

On 19 May Revenue Canada announced the final determination of dumping respecting certain stainless steel round bar originating in or exported from the Republic of Korea. The decision follows the preliminary determination made on 18 February 1999.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is now reviewing this case to see if the dumping has injured the Canadian industry. The Tribunal will make a decision by 18 June 1999.
