The following Customs Notice is now available:

N-283 Consolidation of Regional Trade Administration Services Appeals Units

The TAS appeals units in Montréal, Hamilton, Toronto and Vancouver will continue to review disputes and issue decisions on behalf of the Deputy Minister. The TAS appeals units in Halifax, Ottawa, Winnipeg and Calgary will be closed and their workloads re-assigned as follows:

Halifax and Ottawa workloads will be re-assigned to the Montréal TAS Appeals Unit
Winnipeg and Calgary workloads will be re-assigned to the Vancouver TAS Appeals Unit.
