Customs Compliance 2000 -- Learn New Tricks, Tips and Tactics?

The Canadian Institute announces a practical conference for all organizations needing to keep pace with the CCRA's changing mandate towards Customs compliance.

Customs administration has become more complicated and time consuming, giving rise to increasing risks and responsibilities affecting those who deal with AMPS, PVAs, NAFTA, U.S. Customs Audits, and the new Canadian Federal Customs and Revenue Agency. By attending, delegates will learn how to navigate all the new procedures and processes.

The Canadian Institute has designed this practical, two-day conference for organizations looking to become up-to-date on all the most recent customs administration changes and developments. Several CSCB corporate and associate members will be speakers at the event, including representatives from Livingston International Inc., the Canadian Importers Association and Ingram Micro Inc. (Canada).

Registrations are now being accepted by telephone at 416-927-7936 (in the Metro Toronto area), or 1-877-927-7936, or by email at [email protected].

The conference will take place at the Hilton Airport Hotel on Airport Road, Mississauga on Monday, February 28 and Tuesday, February 29, 2000.
