CTR 3551 -- Hermes Numismatique et Arts Anciens Inc. v MNR

Request by the defendant to quash the claimant's action on the basis that the Court does not have jurisdiction to hear the said action. The claimant did not send to the defendant, after the latter seized some goods imported by the claimant, the required written notice to enable the Minister to start the review process outlined in the Customs Act.
