At issue was whether the plaintiff properly declared the importation of four boxes of cigars in accordance with the Customs Act and Regulations. The plaintiff's son subsequently took the vehicle in which the cigars remained to the United States and then returned to Canada, at which time the cigars were seized. Appeal dismissed.
