Heritage Duty Free Shop v MNR, CTR 3641

Request for (i) a mandatory injunction directing the Minister of National Revenue to extend the applicant's licence to operate a duty free shop beyond its December 31, 2000 expiry date, until its judicial review application has been heard; and (ii) an injunction prohibiting the Minister from issuing a duty free shop licence to a third party for border crossing where the applicant is located.
