PC 2001-2239

PC 2001-2239 is the Regulations Amending the Wild Animal and Plant Trade Regulations.

1. Section 14 of Schedule I to the Wild Animal and Plant Trade Regulations is amended by adding the following in numerical order:

+225 Population of the species in Colombia

2. Part I of Schedule I to the Regulations is amended by adding the following after item 5.1.0:....

3. (1) The portion of the subitem 1.26.0(0.1) of Part II of Schedule I to the Regulations in column III is replaced by the following:....

4. These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.

PC 2001-2242 authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign an Exchange of Letters constituting an agreement between the Government of Canada, the Government of Mexico and the Government of the United States rectifying Annex 300-B, Annex 401, Annex 403.1, the Uniform Regulations for Chapters Three and Five and the Uniform Regulations for Chapter Four of the NAFTA.
