Request for Textile Tariff Relief, Doubletex Tr-2000-006

On 19 June 2001 the CITT initiated an investigation into a request by Doubletex for tariff relief on certain woven fabrics of cotton/polyester and polyester/cotton. On 16 April 2002 the CITT issued a second amendment to the notice of commencement of investigation. This amendment reflects a request by Doubletex to introduce a twist factor into the description of the fabrics.

A copy of the second amendment is available on request from the CSCB national office.

To participate in the Tribunal's investigation, an interested party must file with the CITT a notice of appearance in Form I of the Textile Reference Guidelines on or before 30 April 2002. Interested parties that have already filed notices of appearance with the Tribunal in this investigation continue to be considered parties to the investigation and need not file additional notices of appearance.
