Review of Recommendation Concerning Certain Textile Products – Request for Time Extension (Review No. TA-2002-001)

The Tribunal has received requests for an extension of the period allowed for the provision of information concerning the above-referenced review. As a result, the Tribunal has decided to grant an extension of time for the filing of responses to the Tribunal’s questionnaires.

Domestic procedures and actual or potential users and/or importers of the subject products who received questionnaires should file a reply not later than June 10, 2002. The Tribunal will distribute to parties all exhibits pertaining to this review on July 12, 2002. Submissions from parties should be received by the Tribunal not later than August 6, 2002, and reply submissions, not later than August 14, 2002. The revised review schedule follows.
