Customs Notice 445 - Change to the Bilingual Format of Departmental Memoranda and Related Publications

1. This notice advises that, effective June 3, 2002, CCRA will no longer publish the Customs Memoranda D and R, Customs Notices, and Customs Proposals, in a bilingual format. After that date, the documents will be produced separately in English and in French but will be distributed together.

2. CCRA decided to change the format of these publications for administrative reasons and to bring them in line with the other Canada Customs and Revenue Agency publications.
