AMPS and the Penalty Reduction Agreement

Further to our note sent earlier today entitled "AMPS Penalty Relief Agreement", we neglected to point out the name change from the Penalty Relief Agreement to the Penalty Reduction Agreement. The subject of our message should have reflected this change.
