PC 2002-1709

PC 2002-1709 is the Order Amending the Schedule to the Customs Tariff, 2002-7.

Amendments

1. Tariff item Nos 2836.20.00, 3920.30.00, 5513.12.00, 5513,12.00, 5513,19.00, 5514, 11.00, 5514,12.00, 5514.13.00 and 5514.19.00 in the List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Customs Tariff are repealed.

2. The List of Tariff Provisions setout in the schedule to the Act is amended as set out in Part 1 of the schedule to this Order.

3. The List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the English version of the Act is amended as set out in Part 2 of the schedule to this Order.

4. The List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the French version of the Act is amended as set out in Part 3 to the schedule to this Order.

5. The List of Tariff Provisions set out in the schedule to the Act is amended by adding, in numerical order, the tariff provisions set out in part 4 of the schedule to this Order.

6. The list of Intermediate and Final Rates for Tariff Items of the “F” staging category set out in the schedule to the Act is amended as set out in part 5 of the schedule to this Order.

7. The List of Intermediate and Final Rates for Tariff Items of the “F” staging category set out in the schedule to the Act is amended by adding, in numerical order, the tariff items set out in Part 6 of the schedule to this Order.

Coming into Force

8. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.

(2) Section 3 is deemed to have come into force on 25 April 2002.

(3) Section 4 is deemed to have come into force on 17 July 2002.
