Remembrance Day Weekend Service

The following message is from the Electronic Commerce Unit at the CCRA.

Members are advised that EDI will be down Sunday, November 10, 2002 from 3:00 am to 11:00 am ET due to monthly maintenance. This will impact all EDI applications including ER, RNS, CUSDEC, CADEX, Marine, Rail and Highway Cargo. No EDI messages will be transferred to or from the CCRA during this outage. Clients are requested to present paper documentation to obtain release of the goods during this outage.

During Remembrance Day, Monday, November 11, 2002, between 8:00 am (ET) and 4:00 pm (ET), two officers will be available at 1-888-957-7224 to deal with urgent matters. Testing clients should hold their inquiries until Tuesday. B3 entries processed and accepted on both Monday, November 11 and Tuesday, November 12 will appear on the daily K84 notice to be available on the morning of Wednesday, November 13. Monday, November 11, 2002 will not be counted in the calculation of overdue B3 entries. The exchange rates from Saturday, November 9 through Tuesday, November 12 (inclusive) will remain unchanged. Any goods that are released on either Monday, November 11 or Tuesday, November 12 will appear on the CADEX release report available on the morning of Wednesday, November 13, 2002.
