The following Customs Notice is now available on the CCRA web site:
N-486 Proposed Regulatory Changes in Support of the Free and Secure Trade (FAST) Commercial Driver Program and the Alternative Presentation of Persons under the Customs Act
This Notice announces proposed regulatory changes in support of the Canadian portion of the FAST Commercial Driver Program and changes to Appendix A of Customs Notice N-414, Proposed Regulatory Changes in Support of the CANPASS Programs and the Customs Self-Assessment (CSA) Initiative, dated 3 December 2001. It also builds on some of the changes announced by Customs Notice N-414.
