D15-2-41 Certain Xanthates Originating in or Exported from The People’s Republic of China
The above-mentioned D memorandum refers to the application of anti-dumping duty pursuant to section 3 of the SIMA to importations of certain xanthates originating in or exported from the People’s Republic of China, as a result of a finding of injury by the CITT.
