ECU Telephone Help Line Temporarily Unavailable

The electronic commerce unit is currently experiencing problems with their telecommuting software, so telephone help for systems questions is unavailable at this time. Programmers are working to correct the software glitch, and while there is no estimate as to when service will be restored, the ECU is hopeful that they will be able to return calls within the next few hours.

Please note that all EDI systems are functioning normally. If you have an urgent problem, please contact the CSCB and we will contact the CCRA command centre; if your query isn’t urgent, please call the help line later today.
