Outages Scheduled between October and 1 December 2003

The following message is from the Electronic Commerce Unit at the CCRA.

The following is a list of the planned maintenance/enhancement activities that will impact the availability of ACROSS/CCS/EDI. The dates and times are based on information available at the time of publication. All times given are Ottawa times. The times and dates below are subject
to change. Other dates could be added if necessary. Updated and more detailed information will
be communicated by bulletin in advance of the outage.

October 12, 2003
ACROSS/CCS/EDI will not be available from 7:00 am to 9:30 am due to maintenance.

October 26, 2003
ACROSS/CCS/EDI will not be available from 3:00 am to 5:00 am due to the return to standard time.

November 9, 2003
ACROSS/CCS/EDI will not be available from 7:00 am to 9:30 am due to maintenance.

November 15-16, 2003
CADEX B3, CUSDEC B3 and CSA RSF will not be available from 8:00 pm November 15 to 8:00 am
November 16, due to a migration of hardware and software upgrades.

November 29-30, 2003
EDI (CUSDEC B3, ACROSS, marine, rail and highway cargo and CSA TCP updates) will not be
available from 8:00 pm November 29 to 8:00 am November 30, due to a migration of hardware
and software upgrades

December 14, 2003
ACROSS/CCS/EDI will not be available from 7:00 am to 9:30 am due to maintenance.
