SIMA Re-investigation of Hot-Rolled Deformed Carbon or Low Alloy Steel

On 1 October 2003 the CCRA announced initiation of re-investigations respecting hot-rolled deformed carbon or low alloy steel concrete reinforcing bar in straight lengths or coils, originating in or exported from the Republic of Cuba, the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Turkey (rebar I), the Republic of Indonesia, Japan, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Poland, Chinese Taipei and Ukraine (rebar II). These reviews of normal values and export prices are part of the CCRA’s enforcement of the CITT’s injury findings of 12 January 2000 and 1 June 2001.
