PC 2003-1504

PC 2003-1504 is the Order Amending Part I of Schedule I to the Hazardous Products Act (Yo-Yo Type Balls).

Amendment

1. Part I of Schedule I to the Hazardous Products Act is amended by adding the following after item 2:

Yo-yo type balls and similar products made of a soft and pliable material and consisting of at least a ball or an object of any other shape and consisting of at least a ball or an object of any other shape that is attached to a stretchable cord, whether or not of the same material, that is capable of extending to at least 500 mm in length.

2. This Order comes into force on the day on which it is registered.
