DFAIT has announced that the disruption at GTIS has been resolved and the EICS is now available.

EICS Bulletin SCEI - 06 NOV 2003 -- GTIS Disruption

A power failure in the lower town area of Ottawa has disrupted GTIS and has disabled connectivity to the EICS. This situation is being addressed and DFAIT will provide up-dates accordingly.

Brokers are requested not to contact Help Desk and to attempt logging in every 15 minutes.
