The following message is from Dr. Lou Skrinar, Chief, Import Program, Food of Animal Origin Division at the CFIA.
This is further to my message of January 2, 2004, on the subject. Please note the section 4.2 of the attached document. The section now specifies a statement that must appear on the original laboratory certificates covering shipments of protein-free tallow.
