China, Sri Lanka and Taiwan Electronic Licence Confirmation

Prior to processing an application for an import permit for a shipment of clothing and textiles accompanied with an export licence, confirmation of the accompanying export licence should be verified using the electronic foreign licence tab under the queries option.

If the licence is not confirmed, do not apply for the import permit. The client should refer the export licence details back to the appropriate authorities in China, Sri Lanka or Taiwan in order for the licence to be confirmed through the electronic foreign licence system.
