Queenston – Lewiston Bridge Construction Update

Funding provided to the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission … for the improvement of border infrastructure has already been put to use in the form of construction upgrades on the approach to the Bridge that commenced this summer.

The next phase of construction at Queenston – Lewiston will see a fifth lane added to the bridge to accommodate the FAST program. Completion of construction has been planned to minimize the impact to commercial traffic and is scheduled for total completion by June 2006.
