CN596 Certain Stainless Steel Round Bar Subject to the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA)

Customs Notice 596 advises that the review of the normal values and export prices of certain stainless steel round bar originating in or exported from Brazil and the amounts of subsidy of certain stainless steel round bar originating in or exported from Brazil and India, initiated by the CBSA on 28 July 2004, was concluded on 27 October 2004. The review was part of the CBSA’s enforcement of the CITT’s findings of 27 October 2004 (Stainless Steel Round Bar III).
