COAC slates first meeting

The Department of Homeland Security Border and Transportation Security Directorate has announced that the ninth term of the Departmental Advisory Committee for Commercial Operations of Customs and Border Protection, commonly known as COAC, will begin on Feb. 15 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. [in Washington].

The agenda for the 20-member panel includes ongoing issues of border security and Customs automation, and trade compliance. The also will form a new subcommittee for infrastructure security....
