PC 2005-860 Regulations Amending the Medical Devices Regulations (Developing Countries)

PC 2005-860 outlines the amendments to the Medical Devices Regulations to permit medical devices to be exported to meet the requirements of the WTO General Council Decision outlined in PC 2005-859, to assist least-developed and developing countries meet the challenges of public health epidemics.
